The latest facts abut the inclusion of LGBTQ in the United Methodist Church – After April 2024 .

The United Methodist church was the exemplary church that people have united and sticked to the Wesleyan principles as introduced by the founder of the the United Methodist church Bishop John Wesley in 1968. Among this Wesleyan principles that are coded in the book of discipline was “Homosexuality is incompatible with Christian teachings”.

But people in the United Methodist Church have lately entered into internal clashes since 2016 with their own congregation that are fighting to remove the restriction related to LGBTQ with their faith in silence.
